is a foundation with legal personality according to the provisions of art. 552 ff. of the Liechtenstein Person and Company Law (Personen- und Gesellschaftsrecht, PGR).
FRANCIS & FRIENDS Charitable Foundation is headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
FRANCIS & FRIENDS Charitable Foundation is registered in the commercial register of the Principality of Liechtenstein, is subject to the Supervisory Authority for Foundations of the Principality of Liechtenstein and has been exempt from tax by the tax authorities of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
FRANCIS & FRIENDS Charitable Foundation acts exclusively for non-profit purposes, within and outside of Liechtenstein, namely through providing any kind of support for eligible physical persons and charitable institutions who are in a particular state of need.
Within the scope of these purposes FRANCIS & FRIENDS Charitable Foundation pursues particularly the following objectives:
- support of eligible families in a particular state of need, as well as of old persons fallen into poverty
- creation, maintenance and support of institutions that concentrate on the physical or mental health of less well-off persons or of institutions who put their focus on social interests
- creation, maintenance and support of works and efforts in the field of education as well as of training and development
